Inter Loyalty Management in partnership with Visa International Co. designed, developed and operated payment cards loyalty program – the “The Coupon Book” – aimed to cover and stimulate cards usage of the Ukrainian mass affluent cardholders segment.
The program provided direct discounts for mass consumable products and services from a single source delivered both online (website) and offline (through printed coupon catalog) in order to increase in banks’ Visa payment cards utilization and consumers’ shopping behavior. It covered most key retail sectors and aimed to provide discounts to all mass consumable products and services.
During program active period (2011 – 2014) 25 large Ukrainian banks and 38 retail merchants companies (online/offline) participated in the program. Distributed nationwide and covering 68 cities and towns, programs offers were presenting at more than 1 200 retail point- of -sales in all country regions. About 120 000 registered users were using program offers during that period.
