Mikhail has over 15 years of practical and academic experience in economic research of consumer behavior and labor market. He has been a Senior Economist at Center of Labor Market Study at Northeastern University (USA), an economic think-tank, where he is responsible for advanced economic modeling on a number of projects for Bank of America, CitizensBank, MassInc, BlueCross BlueShield as well as such government agencies as US Departments of Labor, Transportation and Commerce. He is the author and co-author of more than 50 publications based on this research. Previously, Mikhail served as the Head of Research in Investment Analysis Department at Maxfield Asset Management (Ukraine) and was employed as a credit expert at Privat Bank (Ukraine).

Mikhail holds MA degree in Economics from University of Rochester (USA) and MA degree in Applied Micro-Policy Analysis from Northeastern University (USA).
